Is my principal really safe? Can I lose my money?

Your principal is protected by smart contract logic. Smart contracts mathematically enforce that only yield can be used for prizes. The JackCo team cannot access or move user deposits. Standard DeFi smart contract risks apply (bugs in integrated protocols), but all integrated protocols are blue-chip, heavily audited platforms.

How does JackCo earn yield on my USDC?

When are prize draws held?

Prize draws occur every 7 days, enforced by the DrawBeacon smart contract on Base mainnet. JackCo uses TWAB (Time-Weighted Average Balance), so the longer you keep your deposit, the stronger your win probability.

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function), providing cryptographically secure, publicly verifiable on-chain randomness. No one — including the JackCo team — can predict or influence the outcome.

What is TWAB and how does it affect my win probability?

TWAB (Time-Weighted Average Balance) means win probability is based on your average deposit balance over time. Depositing $1,000 USDC for the full 7-day period gives you 1,000 TWAB weight. Holding only 3.5 days gives ~500 TWAB. This rewards long-term depositors over short-term timing strategies.

JackCo charges a 12% fee on yield only — never on principal. All gas fees for deposits and withdrawals are sponsored by the protocol via Account Abstraction (ERC-4337), so users pay zero gas on Base.

Can I withdraw at any time?

Yes. You can withdraw your full principal at any time, 24/7, without penalty. If you withdraw mid-week, your TWAB is calculated proportionally for the days deposited. You keep all yield earned up to your withdrawal point.

What is the minimum deposit?

There is no enforced minimum for the lottery. To activate the referral program (earn CLGO rewards for referrals), you need to maintain at least $25 USDC for 7 consecutive days.
